LogDogDiscord roles, synced to VRChat
Give your 18+ verified members a matching role in VRChat. Put staff in their group role when they are promoted in Discord. Members link once, and their roles follow them.
Promote someone and their VRChat group role follows automatically. Take the Discord role away and the group role goes with it.
Members who leave the server or unlink lose the roles LogDog granted, automatically. Roles they earned on their own are never touched.
Add a mapping and everyone who already holds the Discord role gets their VRChat role too, not just future grants.

Set up in under five minutes
Express mode builds the log channels, then you let LogDog's VRChat account into your group.
Add the bot to your server, then open Setup on the dashboard or run /setup.
Express builds them for you. Prebuilt and Custom use the channels you pick.
Enter your VRChat group. LogDog's VRChat account asks to join it.
Approve its join request in VRChat if your group needs approval.
Give that account a group role with View Audit Log. LogDog checks on its own.
Five minutes is your part. LogDog then checks its access on its own, so allow up to about fifteen minutes before the first logs arrive.

You never share a VRChat password. You give LogDog's VRChat account a group role, and logging needs only View Audit Log on it. Add more only for the features you turn on. Take the role away and LogDog stops reading your group.

Before you add it
Does LogDog need my VRChat password?
No. You never share your credentials. You grant a LogDog service account permission to view your group's audit log, the same way you would give a role to any group member, and you can revoke that access at any time.
How quickly do new events show up in Discord?
LogDog checks your group on a regular pull cycle, so new events arrive in batches rather than instantly, usually within 1 to 10 minutes. If VRChat has an outage, LogDog picks up where it left off and backfills anything it missed once the API recovers.
Will LogDog post all my old logs?
No. The first sync posts a recent selection to Discord, 25 events by default, so your channels are not flooded. The older history VRChat still holds is imported for the dashboard instead, on Free and Premium alike.
Is LogDog free?
Yes. Every log and moderation button in Discord is free for every group: all 41 event types, approving and banning from the embeds, reason notes, and the history commands, plus role sync and the dashboard itself. Premium is optional and mostly adds depth on the web dashboard: 90-day and all-time stats, CSV exports, and longer announcement and event history. It also unlocks a few extras: custom colors and panel looks, request auto-deny, and higher limits for things like reason presets and temporary bans.
